By the instruction of the immigration, all the international students in Shenyang should conduct their visa extension at least 30 days before the expiration, which the office has notified all before August. Yet, there are still some students who didn't come to apply for visa extension . The office received warning notice from immigration to those students who are in educational system registration but haven't extend their visa as scheduled .Any violation to this instruction will be recorded into a blacklist, which will eventually lead to a rejection of visa extension and even entry again.
It is hereby notified to all the students concerned. Please come to Student Office (Friendship Villa 103) to submit the application to your tutor as soon as possible. Especially to the following students, who are having debts or due to pay, please clear all the fees before 24th October and apply to your tutor to extend your residence permit. There will be no tolerance on fees owing condition. Failure to do so, the offender's visa application will not be accepted. Concerned individuals please prepare a trip home before the expiration of the visa,  any consequence caused by the violation will be held responsibility by the individual himself.
