Dear All,
The summer vacation is from July 17th to August 31st 2015. All the students are required to enroll and have classes on time. Classes will resume on September 7th (Monday). During vacation, we kindly remind you to take care and check all the electrical appliances when leaving apartments.
※About Enrollment
1. Please bring your Student ID Card for Enrollment in Student Administration Office from August 31st to September 4th , 2015.(Working hours)
2. Late arrival students please give a written application to their respective tutor in advance before August 31st, otherwise students will not be allowed to enroll and apply for scholarship.
※About Scholarship Application
The qualified students can download scholarship application form on website and submit it to Student Administration Office from August 31st to September 11th , 2015.(Working hours). Any application after September 11th , 2015 will not be conducted.
※About Fees Payment & Visa Extension
Please finish your tuition, insurance and accommodation fees before September 23rd. 2015.
As for the visa extension, the student must come to office to finish the documents 30 days in advance before the expired date.The student will be self-responsible of any inconvenience!
