On April 15, 2026, the International Student Union Annual Work Review & Planning Meeting was successfully held. The meeting was attended by Executive Dean Richard Chen, Deputy Dean Charles Lv, Deputy Dean Cathy Chang and other teachers, along with all the members of the Student Union and international student representatives.

Richard Chen fully affirmed the Student Union's contributions to serving international students, enriching campus life and promoting international cultural exchanges. He urged the students to focus on physical & psychological health, specialty & Chinese language learning, internship & employment, obeying the laws & regulations. He encouraged everyone to take this meeting as a new starting point, strive for continuous growth, and contribute to internationalization.


At the meeting, Meena Kenneth Henry, the First Vice President of the Student Union, delivered the 2025 annual work report, reviewing the Student Union's work in student services, cultural exchanges, campus activities, and organizational development, which fully demonstrated the organization's vitality, dedication and sense of responsibility.


After the review session, Mamman Mustapha Sani, the Second Vice President of the Student Union, unveiled the 2026 Student Union work plan, laying out the overall goals and key tasks for the new academic year. Department heads then presented their respective plans for service optimization, activity innovation, brand and team building, laying a solid foundation for the high-quality development of the Student Union.

This meeting was both a comprehensive review of the past work and an important mobilization for the future. It will enhance the Student Union's service capabilities to guarantee the growth of international students and promote cross-cultural exchange and integration.
