On December 3, Shenyang Aerospace University (SAU) held the closing ceremony of its 7 College Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Science and Technology Carnival. More than 700 participants, including university leaders, college directors, and faculty and student representatives, gathered to celebrate the event’s achievements.
In his speech, President Li Rundong highlighted SAU’s “full-cycle talent cultivation” model—integrating innovation into talent development, synergizing teaching-research elements, and refining the “course-innovation-research-competition-integration” mechanism—and urged students to solidify professional basics, pursue interdisciplinary collaboration, and participate in innovation chains from basic research to industrial application.

The ceremony kicked off with thrilling performances by drone formations and robot shows, igniting the audience’s enthusiasm. It was followed by award presentations to outstanding organizations, science and technology clubs, instructors, and student innovation stars, as well as representatives of winning projects from national competitions. A highlight was the exciting project roadshow, where outstanding teams, recommended postgraduate students with innovative achievements, and alumni shared their experiences, captivating the audience with inspiring stories and creative works.

After the ceremony, leaders and participants visited the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Achievement Exhibition at Building 3, exploring creative projects and witnessing the transformation of ideas into practical outcomes. Spanning 8 months and engaging over 10,000 students across all colleges, the carnival has become a landmark for SAU’s innovation education, fostering students’ innovative vitality and contributing to the development of aerospace and related fields.
