The 2025 International Student Graduation Ceremony was held on June 25. It was attended by respected professors from respective colleges, IEC faculty members, and international students.

The ceremony featured speeches from key members of the university community. Mr. Richard Chen, executive Dean of IEC, delivered a congratulatory address, in which he not only praised the graduates for their perseverance through academic challenges but also highlighted their growth as global citizens—from mastering new knowledge to building cross-cultural friendships. He encouraged them to carry forward the spirit of exploration and resilience as they step into the wider world. Professor He Hongbin from the School of Aero-engine also addressed the audience, offering heartfelt words of encouragement and practical advice as students prepare to enter the next phase of their lives. Ally, a representative of the master’s program, gave a moving speech on behalf of the graduates, expressing gratitude to the faculty and sharing reflections on their academic journey.

The ceremony reached its climax when professors from respective colleges conferred degrees and certificates upon the graduates.

It was a meaningful and uplifting occasion, marking not just an end to their campus life but the dawn of a new chapter—one where their academic rigor, intercultural insights, and indomitable spirit will empower them to make meaningful contributions, whether in their home countries or on the global stage. For the graduates, this ceremony is not a finale, but a launchpad for impact.
