On October 19, Vice President Sun Yanpeng visited  Moscow Aviation Institute, Russia. Prof. Shemyakov Alexander Olegovich, Vice-rector for strategy development, met Prof. Sun and the members of SAU delegation.

During the meeting, both sides exchanged ideas on the current cooperation between the two universities and discussed on the programs, such as joint degree programs, master degree program, short-term exchange and training for doctoral students and teachers. Two sides also explored the possibilities of dual mentor system education on the doctoral level, joint research and Chinese credit courses, etc.
