International Students Learn Tai Chi 24 Forms in the Gymnasium

On October 18th, IEC organized a Tai Chi workshop for international students in the gymnasium. The aim was to promote the physical and mental well-being of the students. This event attracted the active participation of numerous international students who learned this traditional Chinese martial art in the gymnasium.

The workshop primarily focused on teaching the Tai Chi 24 Forms, which is a set of movements that combine graceful actions and deep breathing techniques. Experienced Tai Chi instructors guided the students through the precise execution of each movement, emphasizing the importance of balance, coordination, and inner tranquility.

The international students from different countries were captivated by the elegance and serenity of Tai Chi. Many expressed their excitement at the opportunity to learn and experience Chinese culture. A student said, "Tai Chi is not only a physical exercise but also a way to find inner peace and cultivate mindfulness."
