According to the notice from CTI(Chinese Testing International Co., Ltd.), the Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK) and HSK Speaking test (HSKK) will be combined in China (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) from January 2023. HSK Level 3 should be accompanied by HSKK Primary Level. HSK Level 4 should be accompanied by HSKK Intermediate Level and HSK Level 5 and 6 should be accompanied by HSKK Advanced Level. For all the above tests, result reports will be issued together. Applicants at all levels also need to pay 80 yuan for posting the results report. Specific registration fees are as follows.

(3). Test takers’ recent photo for identification (in a standard, two-inch form), and photos of daily life or landscape will not be accepted;
- No hat, scarf, headband or sunglasses are allowed to appear (except for special religious reasons);
- Both black-and-white and color photos are acceptable, and a white background is preferred.
