为了让留学生们更加深入地了解中国传统节日—清明节,感受传统文化习俗的魅力,国际教育学院于2023年4月12日组织了一场“传承民俗•青团寄相思”的文化实践活动,学生们通过自己动手制作美味的青团,来共同探究青团的时令之美。

IEC held a cultural practice "Passing on Folklore - Qingtuan" on April 12, 2023, to let international students explore more about the traditional Chinese festival known as Qingming Festival and experience the attraction of traditional cultural rituals. Students went on their exploration of Qingtuan's seasonal splendor.

本次活动由中外文化交流协会成员协助组织完成。协会成员为大家详细介绍了青团的由来——这是一种是家家户户祭祀祖先、缅怀先人的传统食物,同时也为大家介绍了清明节的习俗,让留学生们了解了清明节博大精深的文化内涵。

The activity was organized with the assistants of members of the Chinese and Foreign Cultural Exchange Association. The members of the association explained the history of Qingtuan or green dumplings, a food item traditionally eaten by families in memory of their ancestors. In order for international students to comprehend the Qingming Festival's cultural significance, they also introduced the customs associated with it.


下一环节中,汉语老师们一一向留学生们介绍制作青团所需的材料,并向大家展示制作过程,手把手地教大家制作青团。活动现场气氛融融,大家兴趣高涨,彼此交流着如何让青团变得更圆、更美味。

The Chinese teachers then proceeded to hand-teach the students how to make Qingtuan while introducing the ingredients and tools they would require. The ambiance of the event was cheerful, and everyone was eager to improve the shape and flavor of the Qingtuan.


留学生们在现场迫不及待地品尝自己亲手制作的青团,满口都是“春天的味道”。

The Qingtuan that the international students had made themselves were quickly consumed, and they were giddy with the "taste of spring."
