In order to provide students with a better learning environment, the Teaching Administration Office has made it possible for interested students to embark on self study in some selected classrooms within Friendship Villa. The table below specifies the classrooms and the times when they may be accessed for self study.

The opening hours are as follows:

6:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m.

To guarantee effective daily management of the study rooms, the following regulations have been put in place and must be adhered to by all students.

1. Students should behave in a civilized manner. It is forbidden to wear vest and slippers in the study room. Using personal belongings to save a seat or pile them up on desks, chairs or floors.is unacceptable.

2. Students should maintain silence in the study room to avoid disturbing others. It is forbidden to play games or watch podcast/video, etc. On your phone, laptop or tablet..

3. Students should take care of their personal belongings at all times to avoid losing them.

4. Students should keep the study room clean at all times. It is forbidden to bring food and drinks into the study room. Students should not write or stick papers on the walls. Any waste material/rubbish should be taken out of the study room.

5. Students should protect the public facilities in the study room. Desks and chairs should not be moved from their original position.

6. Students are required to obey the security rules. It is forbidden to smoke, light a  fire or use illegal appliances in the study room.

The study room can only be used for study, Student meetings or parties should not be held in the reading room.
