Self study opening hours:

To guarantee effective daily management of the study rooms, the following regulations have been put in place and must be followed by all students.

1. Students must dress proper when using the study rooms. Occupy seats by using personal belongings is forbidden.

2. Students must keep silence in the study room to avoid disturbing the others. Playing games or watching video etc. by phone, laptop or other digital products is not allowed.

3. Students should take care of their personal belongings all the time .

4. Students should keep the study rooms clean all the time. It is forbidden to bring food and drinks into the study rooms. Students should not write or stick papers on the wall. Any wastes should be taken away.

5. Students should protect the public facilities in the study rooms. Desks and chairs should not be moved from their original position.

6. Students must follow the security rules. It is forbidden to smoke, light the fire or use illegal facilities in the study rooms.

7. The study room can only be used for study. Student meeting and parties are not allowed to be held in the study rooms.
