On 14th October 2021, IEC organized a conference via video link with off-campus international students who were enrolled since 2020 spring semester. The conference was attended by Ms. Wendy Yin, Deputy Dean of Student’s Affairs and Mr. Han Chee, Deputy Dean of Academic Affairs.

The conference began with a brief introduction to the campus of SAU, organization of IEC and Societies for International Students. Moreover, some directions about how to learn well online, and especially how to communicate effectively with the tutors and the course teachers were introduced to the students. The students felt exciting to see their classmates and gave self-introduction during the meeting.  

Mr. Aniruddha, an international student from Bangladesh and Mr. Munashe Innocent, an international student from Zimbabwe shared their online learning experiences. They discussed the strategies that they use to learn efficiently online.

The conference was concluded with a Q&A session where the Student Administration and Teaching Administration offices answered questions from the students.
