On September 18, 2021, the International Education College of Shenyang Aerospace University organized a Mid-Autumn Festival for International Students. The Student Administration Office and  Chinese Language Teaching and Research Office organized the event to let the students experience an important aspect of Chinese culture. The festival was held at the Friendship Villa and was also able to attract Chinese students as well.

Students were taught to bake and decorate Moon Cakes (A Cake with stuffing inside, baked). Also, students were taught to make Paper Lanterns (Colourful lanterns made with paper). Importantly, Moon Cakes were distributed to all the on-campus students.

The festival and its activities were able to offer the international students a platform to learn more about Chinese customs, interact and communicate with Chinese students which worked to enable international students to be infused with Chinese culture.
