On 2 July, 2021, a meeting was held between IEC staff and international student representative.
The purpose of the meeting was to receive feedback and suggestions from the students concerning the progress made this academic semester.
Some of the decisions taken at the meeting after hearing the suggestions of the international student representatives included structuring academic activities (especially labs) to ensure that the students who are currently on campus maximize the theoretical knowledge gained in class by going to the labs to perform experiments while also  further improving the online teaching techniques for students who are currently abroad.
About students’ suggestions to include some courses in the curriculum, the Teaching Administration Office will discuss with the heads of the various colleges and  implement their advice about the inclusion of those courses.
It was also decided that sanitation conditions at the International student dormitories will be further improved.
The meeting was a success and the students were encouraged to continue communicating their opinions and suggestions to the Administration of IEC. Suggestions are highly valued and appreciated, therefore all international students are always welcomed to contribute their suggestions in order to aid the Administration work better and ensure high quality in the standard of international students education.
