Hello Everyone

I am Helal from Bangladesh experienced professionals with a unique combination of technical expertise, Aircraft tooling design, quality management, and knowledge management. I completed my bachelor's (Duration: March, 2012-July, 2016) and master's (Duration: September, 2016-January, 2019) in Aircraft Manufacture Engineering from Shenyang Aerospace University. Recently I am doing a Ph.D. (Duration: September, 2019-July, 2023) in Management Science and Engineering at Zhengzhou University.

I worked in Shanghai Aritex (Duration: August, 2017-August, 2019) as a Design Engineer. I had experience in doing Machinery Design and Manufacturing. I was primarily responsible for assisting the Design Engineering Director in order to maintain customer specifications and requirements and deliver the quality design on time to the customer. I generally worked in the engineering department designing 3d model, preparing 2d layouts using CAD software, and preparing documents for manufacturing machinery components, and assembly them together in terms of both efficiency and effective performance. I was also responsible for finding and solving the design non-conformity to avoid the collision and to create the flexible design using finite element method analysis. Further, I involved in the assembly process as an apprentice for COMAC C919 assembly Jig's design for Fuselage Frame, Fuselage Panel (left and right, Upper, Lower), Wing Tip, Wing Rib, Front and Rear Spar of Wing, Press Frame, Vertical Stabilizer, different kind of aircraft sub-assembly product and provided recommendations for improving organization Operations.

According to my experience the education quality of Shenyang Aerospace University same as other top universities in China. Thanks for enrolling me in the reputed university like Shenyang Aerospace University. Thanks to my Laoshi and friends who help me during the study period when I faced any kind of problem at Shenyang Aerospace University.

Finally, Thanks to my respected supervisor who always guided and inspired me to develop my career. She not only teaches me explicit knowledge but also, helps to gather tacit knowledge such as recommending her excellent students in different aircraft company in China.
