On January 7, 2021, SAU held an online meeting with our partnership university Aeronautical Institute of Bangladesh (AIB). Mr. Richard Chen, Dean of International Education College had discussions with Mr. S.M. Akmal Hossain, the Principal of AIB on joint programs and future development.

“Two institutions have established long-time friendship and have common objectives to achieve”, said Mr. Richard Chen. Mr. S. M. Akmal Hossain said two sides have good collaboration since the signing of MOU and could seek for more exchange opportunities in faculty and student program.

The online meeting attracted some Bangladeshi students who are studying in AIB now and have interests in studying 2+2 program, master program and PHD program in SAU. Curriculum, fee structure and application procedure were also introduced to the potential students.

SAU has 80 Bangladeshi students currently and nearly 200 Bangladeshi graduates.
