Due to the unprecedented and extraordinary situation where classes were conducted online, the 2019-2020 spring semester graduation defense for international students was likewise held online on various dates throughout June.
The well-prepared students were divided into several groups and participated in the online defense chaired by distinguished professors across all majors. Graduating students had to adjust speedily to technology and eventually had a smooth and successful defense session online.
Each student was given approximately eight minutes to defend their research via screen sharing features and after that they were asked questions by the board of professors. The students gave very good presentations, which was an indication of the amount of hard work that they had invested into making preparations for the defense.
