On December 10, SAU delegation led by Mr. Richard Chen, Dean of International Education College visited Ministry of Home Affairs, Bangladesh and gave a presentation about the drone and electric aircraft. The delegation members also include Mr. Chen Changlong, head of UAV Department and Mr. Meng Qing Shi, Professor of School of Aviation and Captain Sifat MD. RAFSUN JUNY, Head of International Affairs in South Asia of Liaoning General Aviation Development Co., Ltd.

During the presentation session, team members of SAU discussed the various aspects of using drones in the field of National Security, Public Safety, Rescue Missions, Road Safety, Patrolling and Surveillance, Large Scale Monitoring, Mining, Surveying and Anti-Drone Technology/Counter Drone Technology and so on with the presence of Mr. Asaduzzaman Khan MP, Honorable Home Minister, Government of Bangladesh, respective Director Generals from different Security Agencies like Bangladesh Border Guard, Bangladesh Coast Guard, Bangladesh Fire Service & Civil Defense, Bangladesh  Police Head Quarters, Dhaka Metropolitan Police and other prominent members.
 Two parties had a better understanding of each other and it is expressed that SAU will work with Bangladesh Government in the matter of UAV and electric aircraft in the near future.
