On November 15, 2019, SAU delegation led by Richard Chen, Dean of International Education College visited Civil Aviation Training Center (CATC) in Tanzania and was received by Mr. Aristid J. Kanje, Principle of CATC. Two parties had a meeting on potential collaboration programs such as UAV, pilot training, technology support, etc.

MOU was signed at the end of meeting and some preliminary collaboration intentions were agreed by both parties.

In the afternoon, SAU delegation visited National Institute of Transport (NIT) and was received by Mr. Zacharia M.D. Mganilwa, Rector of NIT. Two parties had tapped many potential projects after discussions and exchanges. NIT was an old friend and this visit consolidated partnership between two parties. Consensus was reached by two parties on academic exchange, student exchange, joint research as well as international conference.
