On November 1, 2019, a briefing seminar was held among SAU delegation who will visit Kenya, Zambia and Tanzania in November and student representatives.
Richard Chen, Dean of International Education College hosted the seminar and gave a brief introduction to the upcoming visit and schedule. “The visit is to advance collaboration with African universities and companies, and meet the common aspirations of the students for their future ,” he said.
Richard exchanged ideas with student representatives from these three countries. He also explained some questions which students are concerned such as engineering degree accreditation, internship, employment, curriculum mapping, etc.
Richard mentioned at the ending of the seminar that the visit will crack some hard-nut issues, explore internship and employment market in Africa and beef up deep collaboration between SAU and African universities.
