On October 14, 2019, SAU delegation had a meeting with Soumana Choulamany, Director General of Department of Technology and Innovation, Laos Ministry of Science and Technology. The delegation led by Richard Chen, Dean of International Education College, discussed UAV and electrical aircraft projects with Director Choulamany. In the afternoon, the delegation was invited to attend international conference of technology and innovation. Richard gave a lecture in the conference.

On October 15 2019, the delegation visited the National University of Laos. The delegation had a meeting with Vice President Oudom Phonekhampheng and discussed international exchange between faculty and students in two countries.

The delegation will visit Vietnam in the following days.
