SAU International Student Got UAV/Drone Piloting License By AOPA-China

UAV is booming in recent years and it is widely applied in various industries, such as aerial photography, plant protection, line patrol, and monitoring. Liaoning General Aviation Academy in cooperating with Shenyang Aerospace University are providing professional and industrial UAV/Drone piloting license program from last 3 years. To open this opportunity for the international student of SAU from 1st April 2019 our first international batch was lunched. UAV Cadets were provided ground classes, simulation classes & flight training by S1000 industrial UAV throughout the course.

After finishing the ground class and acquiring 30hours simulation flight and having a proper examination cadets were selected for the outdoor flight training by S1000 industrial grade drone. After providing 37.5 hours outdoor flight training successful cadets were selected for CAAC&AOPA License exam (Theoretical&Flight).

Throughout the process, the International student RUHUL AMIN RANA from BANGLADESH successfully completed his license exam and selected for holding the UAV/Drone piloting license under Aircraft Owners and Pilot Association of China (AOPA).

AOPA civil UAV aircraft system driver’s license is issued by AOPA China according to clause 61 of Civil Aviation Regulation of China, and it is the most authoritative civil UAV driving license with the most holders. Holders of UAV/Drone pilot license can operate industrial UAV in China Airspace according to the CAAC&AOPA regulations.
