On May 22, 2019, Apartment Administration Office held a weekly work meeting for all the floor heads. The purpose of this conference was to enhance safety awareness of the floor heads and , and stress the key points and precautions of their daily inspection on each floor.
This meeting emphasized the safety precautions for the international students who reside in the campus apartments, including prohibition of using high-power appliances in the bedroom, random electric circuit connecting, and smoking in the dormitory. At the same time, the meeting put forward higher requirements for the inspection of the floor heads. The floor heads were required to strictly follow the principle of “Ten Checking and Ten Prohibiting” to assist staff in the Apartment Administration Office for apartment management, and to ensure the accommodation safety of the students.
