On October 17, 2018, SAU and National Aerospace University Kharkiv Aviation Institute Delegation (hereinafter referred to as KHAI) agreed to tap more cooperation potential and jointly forge ahead connectivity between two universities at the welcoming meeting held in SAU.
The two heads of universities briefed academic and scientific results at the meeting.
Vice President Wang Qi said SAU is willing to boost cooperation in academic exchange, joint degree program as well as research project.
He added that the collaboration between two sides will also facilitate the process of China-Ukraine academic mobility and scientific progress in higher education institutions.
Rector Mykola Nechyporuk suggested the two sides further upgrade cooperation level in aviation and aerospace and tap potentials in establishing aeronautical institute, hosting international forum and applying for Confucius Institute. He called on two sides to make joint efforts to train global professionals and yield greater pragmatic achievements.
An agreement was signed to encourage two sides to jointly maintain connectivity and explore student, academic and research programs.
