On November 3, SAU received Mr. David Nummy, International Partnerships Director of UNITEC Institute of Technology from New Zealand, accompanied by Mr. Luo Liang, the China Program Manager of UNITEC. Vice President Wang Qi welcomed the guests and held discussions on academic collaboration and student exchange.
In the meeting, Wang Qi introduced SAU international exchange and collaboration programs with different countries such as France and US. He welcomed UNITEC professors to give lectures in SAU and planned to designate SAU lecturers to study in UNITEC.
David introduced the basic information of UNITEC including education idea, international cooperation and employment market. He expressed interests in cooperation with SAU in the subjects of aerospace, machinery, electricity, robotics, new energy, and composite materials. “We will subsidize our students to study in SAU with the government scholarship”, said David.
