The Summer camp of SAU with Saginaw Valley State University and University of Picardie Jules Verne began in this July.
This year, there are not only traditional Chinese classes, but also many cultural activities. The first week of the summer camp came the end. Every morning, the students learned the Chinese. And in each afternoon, they enjoyed the fun of TaiJi, Chinese paintings, paper-cutting, tea ceremony and so on. Besides, they also enjoyed the beauty of Beiling Park.
One of the most remarkable moment was that the students from France and those from the US exchange their ideas of China in the class of tea ceremony. They talked about the differences between China and their own countries.
Moreover, there will be a lot of meaningful activities like making dumplings, opera masks making and painting of sugar.
