The certificate is awarded by Confucius Institute and Office of Chinese Language Council International (Han Ban). It testified the international Chinese teaching ability and comprehensive quality of the holders, at the same time the certificate is as the necessary conditions and priority for Confucius institute to enroll overseas Chinese volunteer teachers.
