A visit to Cairo University, Egypt
On December 2nd, 2014, Mr Richard Chen paid a visit to Cairo University and attended a meeting with Prof. Dr. Gamal Esmat, Vice president of Cairo University for Graduate Studies and Research, Dr. Magda Saleh, Director of Center for Asian Studies, Dr. Said Yehia Daw, Dean of Faculty of Commerce, Prof. Ehab Mohamed Abou Aish, Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies Research.
Two parties discussed the details of promoting the collaboration between each other including the exchange programs for lecturers and students.
Cairo University is the oldest, biggest and the most famous University not only in Egypt but also in Africa and Middle East. Cairo University, a comprehensive institution of higher learning located in Giza, Egypt, is committed to preparing students for the challenges of a rapidly changing workplace. The main Campus contains 27 faculties and institutes. The whole university has around 300000 students including 15000 international students.
