MUET delegation from Pakistan visits

On 26 May, 2014, SAU hosted a delegation from Mehran University of Engineering & Technology (MUET) delegation, Pakistan, led by Prof. Uqaili Mohammad Aslam, Vice Chancellor. During visit, both parties exchanged ideas on “1+1” master degree program.

Prof. Chen Baodong, Executive Vice President of SAU extended his warm welcome to MUET delegation and highlighted the importance of collaboration. “We hope more students from MUET in different majors will have opportunity to study at SAU”, said Prof. Chen.

Prof. Uqaili Mohammad Aslam expressed his gratitude to Prof. Chen for his hospitality and gave priority to the friendship between two universities.

In terms of student exchange program, 9 postgraduates from MUET majoring in Energy and Environmental Engineering came and will study one year at SAU.

MUET delegation also paid a visit to College of Energy and Environment and held discussions with Prof. Li Rundong, Dean of College of Energy and Environment.

It was expressed that more collaboration in research and exchange program between two universities would be enhanced in the future.
