Elective Chinese course-embroidery

International Education College organized a culture experience course for international students to learn traditional embroidery-cross-stitch on March 27, 2014. The instructor gave a brief introduction to embroidery and its origin. International students embroidered different patterns after they learned basic skills.

The series of cultural experience courses such as Chinese calligraphy, painting, Kongfu, etc. which combine language learning and cultural experience are popular among international students. The courses will help international students get a better understanding of Chinese culture and provide a good opportunity for students from different countries to exchange.
