On January 14th and 15th, 2014, SAU delegation visited Uganda Technology and Management University (UTAMU) in Kampala. Mr. Richard had a meeting with Mr. V. Baryamureeba, Vice Chancellor of UTAMU, and two parties extended the wish to enhance faculty and students exchange program, especially the students 2+2 degree program. MOU between two parties was signed at UTAMU to start the first step of collaboration.

Mr. Richard also met the Embassador of Uganda in Italy at UTAMU and had a talk on the international education cooperation and scientific & technology exchange.
