Dr. Devinder Yadav, who is the Associate Dean of International Education College and an outstanding foreign expert of SAU was awarded “Shenyang Rose Award” at the end of October. Mayor Chen Haibo attended the award ceremony and awarded Dr. Devinder Yadav the medal and certificate.

“Shenyang Rose Award” was set up in 1993 and the highest award for foreign experts who made great contribution to the development of our city. In this year, 10 foreign experts won the award.
