From September 11th, to 13th, 2013, SAU delegation composed of Mr. Richard Chen, Dean of International Education College and Mr. Zhang Qiang visited IPSA and Picardy University in France. It is expected that exchange programs for students and faculty with French universities will be enhanced in the near future.
