From July 1 to July 3, 2013, the SAU delegation visited University College of Aviation and Technology(ESAT) in Tunis. Mr. Richard Chen met with Professor Amen Ben Amara, Co-fondatrice and other lecturers of the university. Two parties talked about the willingness to start collaboration in both lecturers and students exchanges. At the meeting, Memorandum of Understanding was signed.

SAU gave one Chinese Scholarship to ESAT and Richard met the student during his stay in Tunis.

Richard also gave a speech to the students and visit the labs of ESAT.
