On December 10th, 2012, the 11th China International Exchange of Professionals Opening Ceremony kicked off at Shenzhen Conference and Exhibition Center which was co-organized by State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs and Shenzhen Municipal Government. This conference provided exchange platform for foreign expert organizations, training institutions and professionals.
Yin Weimin, Minister of Human Resources and Social Security awarded some foreign experts the certificates of State Specially Recruited Experts in the ceremony. Since the implementation of “Recruitment Programme of Foreign Experts”, 94 foreign experts have received this special honor. Professor Zinchenko, on behalf of SAU participated in the conference and was awarded the certificate.
On the afternoon of Dec.10th, Zhang Jianguo, the President of State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs hosted the Symposium for Recruitment Programme of Foreign Experts and exchanged with present foreign experts.

Brief Introduction on Professor Zinchenko
Professor Zinchenko used to work in Ukraine for over 20 years and has engaged in teaching and scientific research for 32 years and published over 300 academic papers. He enjoys abundant experience in hosting major scientific research projects and international cooperation with international outlook.
