Recruitment Ceremony for Ukrainian Expert Held at SAU

On Dec.7th, the recruitment ceremony for Professor Zinchenko Valerii Petrovich of “Recruitment Programme of Global Experts” was held in the meeting hall of Blue-sky Theatre. Zhang Jianping, the director of Russian Experts administrative office of Liaoning Provincial Foreign Experts Bureau and Professor Wang Wei, the Chairman of SAU Board have been presented at the ceremony as well as student and professor representatives from relevant colleges. The ceremony was hosted by Professor Wang Qi, Vice-president of SAU.

Professor Wang Qi, extended warm welcome to Professor Chechenko on behalf of SAU and took this opportunity to introduce the significance of “Recruitment Programme of Global Experts”. He also put forward specific requirements for SAU to seize the great opportunity and enhance introducing overseas experts. Professor Wang Qi highlighted that every college and office should coordinate and create favorable conditions for Professor Chechenko’s life and development.

Subsequently, Professor Chechenko expressed his gratitude to SAU’s warm reception and showed his confidence as well as determination in future work. Professor Wang Wei awarded the certificate of recruitment to Professor Chechenko on behalf of SAU.  

   

Brief Introduction on "Recruitment Programme of Global Experts”

The programme was mapped out and promulgated by Central Talents Affairs Coordination Office in December, 2008. It mainly focused on national development strategic goals. It aimed at introducing scientists and top talents to China in order to breakthrough key techniques, develop hi-tech industry as well as motivate emerging subjects. 40 to 50 innovative entrepreneurship bases would be established in appropriate central enterprises, universities, scientific research organizations as well as some national development zones according to the programme. Moreover, the programme propelled the combination of producing, studying and researching, explored international scientific research mechanisms and attracted more overseas experts.
