Hits: Time:2012-11-24
On November 22, the Chinese Song Competition for international students was held by the College of International Education in Room 608, Friendship Villa.
32 competitors from 8 classes took part in the competition. By showing their personal talent, the competitors respectively expressed their affections to China through sweet voices, gaining warm applause from judges, and friends of the competitors. Ms Pearl Liu, Deputy Dean of the College of International Education, and Mr. Zhao, the supervisor of teaching affairs, awarded prizes to the winners.

Competitors from Indonesia in the contest
The competition has become a bridge of communication and friendship between SAU and international students. The 32 competitors in the contest came from different countries and regions. Though their experience of learning Chinese language and culture differed from person to person, the competition offered them a platform for taking part in, learning from each other and exchanging views of learning Chinese. What they had expressed in their songs in the competition did reflect obviously the careful instructions from their Chinese teachers, encouragement from their classmates and friends, and their persistent pursuing of their "Chinese Dream" at SAU.

We got the prizes through our hard work!
