Delegation from Papua, Indonesia visited SAU

On May 13th, 2012, the delegation from Papua, Indonesia visited SAU, investigating for the project of sending students at state expenses from Indonesia to SAU. The delegation visited as many parts of the university as possible during their visit including the international students’ apartment, recreation rooms, classrooms, library and the different labs for different majors, through which a lot of satisfaction was gained.

At the Friendship Villa, the delegation had a warm and close talk with students from Papua, Indonesia. The students claimed they had been satisfied with their living and study at SAU.

Later on the meeting, Ms Pearl Liu, Deputy Dean of the College of International Education, met with the guests, and a very fine conversation was had between the two parties. Agreement on sending students to SAU was reached. Students from Papua, Indonesia are expected to come to SAU in next semester.  

During their stay in Shenyang, the delegation also visited BMW, one of SAU students’ internship companies, where they had a sight feast of the modern automobile manufacturing industry.
