On 27th February 2012, Mr Samuel, the president of Beijing Language & Culture Institute, Indonesia paid a visit to SAU.

Professor Li Haifeng, Vice-president of SAU met with the guest, and a very fine conversation was conducted between the two parties regarding further enhancing cooperation in terms of Indonesian students admission and culture exchange activities, etc.

Prior to the conversation, Mr Samuel visited SAU campus including international students apartment, recreation rooms, classrooms, library and the varied labs for different majors. He had a warm and cheering talk with Indonesian student, encouraging them to make more progresses in academic fields and hoping them to build up a Sino-Indonesian bridge between the two parties. 

SAU is one of the major aeronautical universities in China. On the campus, there are more than 20 aircrafts and many labs for the students to practice. The engineering practice center is national level. Students will also be recommended to the outside companies to have internship during their last year. SAU is also proud of its 147 School, which is the only one in China, to train the students to maintain Helicopters and issue the license. We will be authorized to issue fixed-wing aircraft maintenance license very soon.

Beijing Language & Culture Institute is the sole agent for Indonesia students and also as leader for cooperation both Papua and SAU.
