On January 14th 2012, the International Students Education Seminar of SAU was held in Friendship Villa. Professor Chen Baodong and Professor Li Haifeng, Vice-presidents of SAU, relevant deans and directors of colleges, and over 30 international students’ lecturers attended the seminar.
The seminar was presided over by Ms Liu, Deputy Dean of International College, SAU.
Professor Chen Baodong and Professor Li Haifeng, addressed on the seminar, concerning on the major task of SAU on the international students education under the current situation and the further planning of SAU’ internationalization in the future. They highly praised the achievements of international college in the past years and gave inspirations to attendees to gain more achievements in the coming semester.

Professor Devinder, delivered a short yet excellent lecture about teaching in engineering, which gained sound round of applause on site.
After Devinder’s lecture, a trial session was conducted for prospective teachers of international students’ and three teachers came back from the U.S shared their experience overseas by the means of PPT and stories telling, helping to improve the quality of international education.
Through the significant progress made in the past year, an increasing number of international students from nearly 30 countries have been attracted to SAU. May the international education of SAU a successful future.
