On December 23rd 2011, the Christmas & New Year Party for International Students of SAU, was held in the Blue-sky theatre.
The party was sponsored by the International Education College with foreign teachers, and over 400 students from various countries joined in the party and spent a pleasant and cheerful night together.
A group of tradition Christmas hymns brought by choir expressed the best wishes to everyone and declared the start of the party.
Fashion show and dancing to exciting music made audience get wrapped in the exciting atmosphere, feeling like throwing themselves into a live concert.
With a song of Santa Claus is Coming to Town, Santa Claus appeared and threw his gift to the lucky audience.
Chinese elements programmes highlighted the party, in which Kong-fu, Chinese brush painting and Peking-opera performed by international students made everyone experience an unique traditional Christmas party far away from home.
After the party, a buffet dinner was also prepared for the students. People enjoyed dishes and chatted with others about this memorable and exciting party. What a blast.
