On July 2nd, Ms. Margaret Fisher, international lecturer of SAU, presented our international students with a lecture on "How to build a winning team".

To build a successful team, it is essential to understand and value the skills, abilities and values of individual team members. Using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), based on Jungian psychology, Margaret explained how people's individual preferences can be identified, thus allowing team leaders and team members to draw on those skills to develop the best team regardless of its purpose: competing in a sporting event, running a business or making music.

Margaret has had extensive professional experience in her Australian career using the MBTI and enjoyed sharing her knowledge with the enthusiastic group of students.
