On December 30th, Mr. Karunatilaka Amunugama, Ambassador of Sri Lankan Embassy Beijing, visited SYIAE. Cordial meeting was held for him with the president of SYIAE, as well as the Sri Lankan students.
The Ambassador gave high credit to the international programmes of SYIAE. For further cooperation on education between Sri Lanka and SYIAE, he also put forward with many constructive proposals. He encouraged deep and profound communications and multi-ways of cooperation between SYIAE and the universities and institutes in Sri Lanka. "International students programme is a very effective way to improve the exchange and understand between the two nations, and also strengthen the friendship of the two countries", said by the Ambassador.
With the Sri Lankan students in SYIAE, the Ambassador expressed his best wishes to them. May them enjoy a happy study life in China and make more contribute to their country in the future.
