Dear all international lectures and students:

As to the temperature is cooling down, please put on more clothes when you are going outside. The water heater will be tested from the 25^th of October, and run formally from the 1^st of November. To prevent the coldness, the department has prepared one military-use wool blanket for everybody, please put it on top of your quilt while sleeping. Hopefully you will enjoy skating outside in December.
