On May 8th, 2009, a group of guests from Soongsil University Korea, visited SYIAE to attend the opening ceremony of the Korean Language Education Center.

The Korean Language Education Center is located on the SYIAE campus and has been jointly established by the two universities. The Center's goal is to promote cooperation between the two institutions, which is benefitial for promoting education exchange between China and Korea.

At the opening ceremony, the presidents of the two universities signed the agreement and expressed their anticipation of future cooperation projects. Finally, to the sound of warm applause from all the participants, the founding ceremony came to a satisfactory close.
