An employment fair of China Aeronautical Engineering Group was held at the gymnasium of SYIAE on the 17 -19th November. Nearly 30 companies, including China Aviation Powerplant Research Institute (CAPI) and Aircraft Industry Groups of Shenyang, Chengdu, Shanxi and Harbin came to the employment fair. More than 300 hundred posts were on offer to potential job-seekers.
About 2,000 graduates from SYIAE and other universities attended the fair. What's more, 300 graduates of our university signed contracts with employers on the spot, while, a further 150 others reached employment agreements during the event.
Teachers from the Recruitment and Employment Department gave the following careers advice to job-seekers: Students should look for employment in a systematic, progressive manner; they should consider the relative merits of each post, and should be resolute when the opportunity comes.
