As the cold winter approaches, the construction of the new International Apartment Complex is working hotly, so as to ensure the successful completion of International students' new home.

According to the construction manager, the apartment will be ready for use before the Christmas Day. The new apartment has been designed to satisfy both the basic and advanced requirements of the students.

The apartment will consist of accommodation categories:

-         Four bedroom duplex,

-         Three bedroom duplex, and

-         Two bedroom duplex.

Each of the above mentioned accommodation category will consist of:

-         one TV set for each room,

-         a refrigerator,

-         a water heater,

-         one water fountain,

-         one set of reading desk for each student in a room and,

-         A set of wardrobe for each student.

Furthermore, there will be a kitchen well equipped with modern utensils for each floor on the apartment, a modern laundry with a washing machine on each floor, a mass water closet system, and bathrooms on each floor of the apartment.

This is just a step taken to make sure the standards of students' living are satisfactory. Creating friendlier environment to a student is vital, as it paves way for the provision of conducive environment to the students and therefore it enhances students' academic stability.

After all these, Mr. Richard's team said to us: "There are still more to come".
