On July 4, the graduation ceremony for French IPSA students is held at the international lecture hall of the library. Former Director of International Cooperation and Exchanges of Ministry of Education China, Mr. Cao Guoxing, Executive vice director of Educational Department of Liaoning province, Mr. Li Shusen, Consul General of France in Shenyang, Mr. Rene CONSOLO, president of IPSA, Mr. Aime MERRAN, president of SYIAE, Mr. Wang Wei, vice president of SYIAE, Mr. Sun Xiaoping, vice president of SYIAE, Yu Jian and all the French students attend the ceremony.
The ceremony is hosted by Mr. Sun Xiaoping. Mr. Wang Wei delivers a speech. He gives a high evaluation about the students being polite, hard working and creative, it is a pity they are leaving so soon and he hopes the students will endeavor for the friendship between China and France.
Mr. CONSOLO thanks for all the leaders and teachers in SYIAE and he appreciates that SYIAE provides such a good learning environment for the students.
The student representative Remi thanks all the teachers in SYIAE for the one year work for all the IPSA students, and they have gained a lot from the experience to China.
Mr. Merran says this ceremony is perfect, and he hopes more and more French students will come and study in China thus to gain more experience for their future development.
Mr. Li Shusen gives a highly appreciation on the SYIAE-IPSA program and he hopes SYIAE will hold this opportunity to develop the new domain.
Mr. Cao Guoxing hopes all the French students will become the envoys to develop exchange and cooperation between China and France.
Mr. Wang Wei awards the 24 French students the degree, Mr. Yu Jian awards the scholarship to 12 students.
