President Wang Wei Meets with Mr. Rene CONSOLO,
Consul General of Consulate General of France Shenyang
On the evening of April 17, 2008, president Wang Wei and Mr. Pang Zhen, president of Commercial Aircraft Company Ltd of Shenyang Aircraft Corporation met with Mr. Rene CONSOLO, Consul General of Consulate General of France Shenyang at the Friendship Hotel.
During the meeting, Wang spoke highly of the exchanges between SYIAE and Institut Polytechnique Des Sciences Avancees (IPSA). He added that the two sides had maintained close communication and consultations on major issues of mutual concern. He pointed to frequent exchanges at all levels and expanding cooperation in various areas such as student exchange, teacher exchange, etc.
CONSOLO expressed that the cooperation between two universities is beneficial for education and cultural exchanges between two countries. Consulate General of France Shenyang will endeavor for the cooperation between SYIAE and French institutions.
