On 22 November, 2007, Mr. Richard Chen, Director of International Cooperation Department signed an agreement with Mr.Samantha, director of Sino-Lanka Educations (Pvt) Ltd  to recruit students from Sri Lanka in the major of Aircraft Manufacturing and Air Hostess for the year of 2008. Both felt confident about the future.
